Voice to Email is a very flexible service with a variety of uses whereby you can provide recorded information to your customers but also collect important information from your callers. It is possible for you to create a multiple data-capture telephone service, which can request the callers to either record speech, for example, their name or address, or enter information using the telephone keypad (DTMF), for example, their telephone number.
Once you have allocated a number to the service, you can specify an email address of where you would like the information collected during the call to be sent once the call has been completed. Any audio information that is recorded during the call is attached to the email as a wav file and the DTMF details will be contained within the body of the email.
A typical use for this service would be a brochure line, for example, whereby you could create the service yourself to play a personalised introduction message before requesting name and address information or asking the caller to input a contact number using the telephone keypad.

There is no per minute supplement to rates for any of these products.
We do offer flexible packages if more than one service is required. The line rental will vary depending on the type of number connected to the service. (The connection fee and the first quarterly line rental are always taken in advance. After the first quarter, line rental can be paid on a monthly basis).
