This is a brand new service which we have just launched due to popular demand.
Customers are now increasingly requesting for an automated answering service which does not have to be located on their own premises.
There are three versions of this service and customers have to decide which option would suit them the most.
1) Simple Voicemail.
Customer can set up any non geographic number like 0800/0845/0870 on a voicemail. The number will be connected to one of our designated lines.
Once the caller dials the 0800/0845/0870 number they will then hear a recording. You can give the caller an opportunity to leave a message in return.
Features
You can record the original greeting either by a human voice or by a synthetic computer generated voice. Just to get an idea how this computer generated voice sounds just dial 0870 061 2100.
There is no restriction on the number of messages you receive. Neither is there a restriction on the length of each message.
All messages will be automatically sent to the customer's computer by email. Each message will be saved in a wave file which will be attached to an email and sent immediately as soon as the caller has finished the recording.
Option is also available to retreive all messages by phone.

2) Option One Auto Attend Service

Customer dials a number and then hears the following options:
Welcome to JBC Corporation Press 1 for Sales
Press 2 to go to Accounts
Press 3 to leave message
This is already configured for immediate use.
Cost: One off connection fee = £175.00 *
Service charges = £30.00 p/m *

This service is based on more complex programming. Each option can give out further sub-options.
The idea at this stage is to find out the exact requirements of the customer and then design a bespoke tailor made service. The cost of each service has to be quoted on an individual basis depending upon the exact requirement of the customer.
