This is an auto attendant service combined with a voice to email (voicemail) service.
This is a recorded voice that answers each call. It is the most flexible and configurable of its type in the industry.
This standard service is for up to 3 options, single level. The system can be programmed to optionally use the auto attendant or to ring extensions directly and then go to a voicemail service after business hours.
When the caller is put through to a voice to email service they will be given an opportunity to leave a message in return. The message will then be automatically sent to the customer’s computer by email. Each message will be saved in a wave file which will be attached to an email and sent immediately as soon as the caller has finished the recording.
A Fax 2 Email will also be provided with the above service. In short, this means receiving faxes sent to you as email attachments instead of the traditional fax to paper method. This will be setup as a stand alone service without any additional cost.

Option is available to divert all three calls to a voicemail service after business hours.
We do offer flexible packages if more than one service is required. The line rental will vary depending on the type of number connected to the service. (The connection fee and the first quarterly line rental are always taken in advance. After the first quarter, line rental can be paid on a monthly basis.)
