This is an auto attendant service combined with a voice to email (voicemail) service. This is a recorded voice that answers each call. It is the most flexible and configurable of its type in the industry.

This standard service is for up to 3 options, single level. The system can be programmed to optionally use the auto attendant or to ring extensions directly and then go to a voicemail service after business hours.

When the caller is put through to a voice to email service they will be given an opportunity to leave a message in return. The message will then be automatically sent to the customer's computer by email. Each message will be saved in a wave file which will be attached to an email and sent immediately as soon as the caller has finished the recording.
