This is an advanced voice call recording solution built within the telephone network that will record your phone calls remotely, without the need for call recording software or equipment.
This is for inbound calls only. The customer can choose whether to record all or part of the conversation, or whether to record a key part of the conversation using the * and # keys. There is an introductory message. This can be a standard message, "off the shelf", or is recordable. There is an on-line storage option, retrievable from a web-site. Alternatively, messages can be delivered to an e-mail address in an MP3 format. The on-line storage option can be accessed using NGN, Caller No., Destination No., Time of Day and Day of Week. Records are stored for 7 yrs. The cost for this storage is £30 per 500 hrs. There is no per minute supplement to rates for this product.
All of these services are available to be used with geographic numbers. The only restriction is the limitations of geographic ranges as they are not available for every geographic location.
