This is an advanced voice call recording solution built within the telephone network that will record your phone calls remotely, without the need for call recording software or equipment.
This is for inbound calls only. The customer can choose whether to record all or part of the conversation, or whether to record a key part of the conversation using the * and # keys. There is an introductory message. This can be a standard message, "off the shelf", or is recordable. There is an on-line storage option, retrievable from a web-site. Alternatively, messages can be delivered to an e-mail address in an MP3 format. The on-line storage option can be accessed using NGN, Caller No., Destination No., Time of Day and Day of Week. Records are stored for 7 yrs. The cost for this storage is £30 per 500 hrs.

We do offer flexible packages if more than one service is required. The line rental will vary depending on the type of number connected to the service. (The connection fee and the first quarterly line rental are always taken in advance. After the first quarter, line rental can be paid on a monthly basis).
