A Personal Number is attached to you, not to a telephone. Once you have been allocated your number, programming any phone to begin receiving your calls takes just a moment or two. To re-route simply dial the central bureau, tap in your Personal Number followed by your secret PIN code, add the new destination and hang up. It's as simple as that. You can re-route as often as you like relaxing in the knowledge that you need never disclose your private, home telephone number.
